Estate agent’s support for St Wilfrid’s Hospice
Emslie & Tarrant have announced they will be making a donation from the sale of every property to St Wilfrid’s Hospice.

St Wilfrid’s Hospice is a local charity providing skilled and compassionate care and treatment for all patients with complex needs as they near the end of life. The catchment area covers Eastbourne, Polegate, Pevensey, Seaford, Hailsham, Heathfield, Uckfield and everywhere in between. All care is offered free of charge regardless of patients’ circumstances, but the NHS only contributes 15% of the £3.5 million annual running costs. For the remainder, the Hospice relies on the generosity of its supporters. Registered Charity No. 283686.

Ocklynge House
Ocklynge House, which is located in the historic twitten of Ocklynge Avenue has just been sold by Eastbourne agents, Emslie & Tarrant.  This is a fine example of a Victorian town house set within delightful walled gardens. The property which was marketed with a Guide Price of £725,000 attracted a great deal of interest due to its elegant and beautifully presented accommodation. This interest came from local would-be purchasers and also those from London, West Sussex and Kent.  Ocklynge House provided four superb reception areas, kitchen/breakfast room and cellar.
