Estate agent’s support for St Wilfrid’s Hospice
Emslie & Tarrant have announced they will be making a donation from the sale of every property to St Wilfrid’s Hospice.

St Wilfrid’s Hospice which is based in Eastbourne, provides a wide range of services to a large section of East Sussex. They offer an In-patient unit, day therapy and hospice at home to patients with life limiting illness. It also provide social, spiritual and bereavement care to not only its patients, but to families and carers too. All their services are provided free of charge and it cost £3.4 million this year to continue to support the community with its wide variety of services.  It only receives 13% from the NHS.

Ocklynge House
Ocklynge House, which is located in the historic twitten of Ocklynge Avenue has just been sold by Eastbourne agents, Emslie & Tarrant.  This is a fine example of a Victorian town house set within delightful walled gardens.
